Pay and Benefits
- Rate per Hour: $32.50
- Salary per year: around $76,944 to $85,792 (superannuation included)
- Benefits: Paid holiday and personal leave, and comprehensive safety training
Employment Type

- Schedule: Monday through Friday; overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
Farm Maintenance
- General labouring tasks such as cutting trees, digging drains, and maintaining trails
- Landscaping duties, including mowing and weeding
- Rural fencing and plumbing/irrigation repairs
- Operating machinery like chainsaws and tractors
Pasture Management
- Improve pasture quality through fertilization, irrigation, and weed control
- Safe application of herbicides and efficient use of farm equipment
Work Health & Safety (WH&S)
- Follow chemical handling procedures and operate machinery responsibly
- Identify safety hazards and ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain high standards of safety documentation and reporting
